QUESTIONS
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely!
We will deliver and set up each bouncer and insure that it is clean
and in good working condition before your party starts and come back
to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about
30 minutes to an hour per unit. This service is included in your
rental cost in Lewiston and Clarkston.
What kind of supervision is necessary?
For the
safety of the participants, each piece of our equipment requires at
least one adult supervisor at all times. We will provide a brief training and
have a handout of safety guidelines to help.
What kind of power is required?
A
standard 110 household outlet is used for the inflatable blowers.
We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged
into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bouncer should
be no more than 100ft from the outlet. If you would like to set up
an inflatable at a park or place without an electrical outlet within
100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an
additional charge.
What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
We can set up bouncer's on grass, concrete, asphalt, bark, low
carpet, or hardwood floors; indoors or out. However, the safest
surface is a level grassy area. Please specify when ordering which
surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize
the proper anchors for your event.
How much room do I need to set up an inflatable?
When you
call to reserve your bouncer, we will let you know the dimensions
for the particular shape you will be renting.
Are bouncer's safe?
Yes.
Our bouncer's are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with
any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the
activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules
continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist
children entering and exiting the bouncer.
Are you Insured?
Yes.
However, all individuals and companies that rent an inflatable are
required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set
up a bouncer until the liability waiver is signed.
Is there a deposit required to reserve a bouncer?
Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your
item. The remaining 50% is due before delivery.
PLEASE
NOTE: Inclement weather may be cause for cancellation. If Hahn Event
Rentals cancels the equipment delivery, it may be rescheduled for a
future date depending on availability or payment will be refunded.
We reserve the final decision on whether a piece of equipment will
be delivered. Bouncers CAN NOT be set up outside if there is
any rain or a chance of it.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes.
Bouncer's are great for parks. However, please check with your
local park for special requirements prior to reserving a bouncer. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if
not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.
